Check the condition

Products must be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned with the original packaging and candles undamaged.

Send your order number, reason for return and clear product photos if something arrived damaged.

Pack with care

Use protective packaging so glass, wax and fragrance products arrive back safely.

Receive confirmation

Once received and checked, we confirm the refund, exchange or next step by email.

Conditions

Before sending anything back.

Under the EU right of withdrawal, return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, a return or exchange is no longer possible unless the item is defective, incorrect, or another legal right applies.

Returns are accepted only when the original packaging is not damaged and the candles themselves are not damaged.

Used candles, opened diffusers and damaged-by-use items cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible with photos.

Original shipping costs may be excluded unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.
